Try: autopartswarehouse.com / or / partstrain.com. Both of these sources sell off-shore replacements and cost 50 - 75% less than buying parts from GM. Large auto paint stores can order these off -shore parts also but you'd be required to pay sales tax.
Our well equiped local auto paint shop indicated to me that these plastic replacements fit well and are just as good as the origionals.

Go on line to car-part.com and you can se if any salvage yards in your local area have it.
