Mainly the architecture.
Typical computers for example consist of 1 or 2 or maybe 4 very fast, powerful processing units, connected to a few very fast, large, powerful memory devices by a few very fast bus connections.
The human brain by contrast consists of about 100 billion relatively simple, slow processors, connected in massively complex and parallel ways to each other, via huge numbers of relatively slow, direct connections, with memory not necessarily being an entirely discreet component in that network.
Of course the brain is also electrochemical while the computer is electrical, and I'm sure the brain doesn't operate in a strictly digital way on the basis of boolean algebra like the computer does.
Both designs have their advantages, obviously.

computer cannot take decision on its own
but will not give up until it does its work
man may sometimes give up that he can't
but thats in't the case with computers
they would do it
only problem is there thinking ability
soon they are out then u would be out of office
so it is very difficult for computer to behave like a man
fell like a man
computer is definetly good
but cannot decide on it s own

well to me the difference between the two maybe electricity because computer is run by electricity and man mind is not...and besides man mind is so way brighter than that of the computer because w/o man mind there would be no computer right now!Computer is artificial and man mind is genuine...

Computers are NOT capable of independent thinking like man , it can only do what it is programmed to do.
