I have been working out 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks now. I do a warm up, then weights, and finish off with swimming for some cardio. I am very overweight and thought that going from NO activity to this much would drop some pounds by now, but I have actually gained about 3-4 pounds and NOTHING is fitting any better yet! Is this normal or do I need to do something else? I am actually upping my routine to 5 times a week starting this week to see if that'll help as well.
