i wear a 32 TRAINING bra. sometimes-SOMETIMES-you can see easily the shape of like my nipple through my shirt and its embarrasing! should i be wearing a cupped bra? or just go up to a larger training bra?

If you can see the outline of your nipple then your bra maybe too thin. Next time your shopping for a bra opt for one that has a little more padding in it. Also try it on in the fitting room so you can put your T-shirt back on to see if you have that problem. It is a good idea to get measured every 6 months especially if you are young and growing like in your case. Victorias secrets sales people are greatly trained in that area. Even if your not going to buy anything you could still go get measured to make sure your in the right size. It sure wouldn't hurt. Guys love when you have what they call "headlights" but it can be really embarrasing for us!

I know what you mean about that being embarrassing, I'd check out some of the brands that offer 1/2 sizes and maybe see if you would fit into a "nearly A" (playtex I think) bra with a bit more padding. If that doesn't work and you're still embarassed, you can always cover them up with band-aids, lol. I've done this when wearing thinner shirts that won't allow for wearing a bra, it'll hide them well enough until you can find a bra that works for you.

32 is big enough for a regular bra, I don't think you need a training bra anymore.
try a cupped bra, it's the only way.

If It's embarrasing to you,you should try and talk to your mother or older sister about it. If you feel that it's too embarasring to talk with family, try asking the sales ladies in the bra section of a department store.

If it a bra that you can see straight through then yes this will happen if you get something that has not padding exactly but a cup inside then this will no longer be visible.

At most department/lingerie stores, you can ask them to do your bra measurements to see if you need a different size. But it sounds like you just need some different style bras with thicker material or different color bras that will conceal better.

You should try a cupped bra, it will provide a little padding and conceal your nipples if you are self conscious.

you can always get a lightly padded cupped bra.. it'll solve your problem.. or if you dont want to switch just yet, just wear a tanktop under your shirt to add an extra layer.
