Ive never heard of him, but if you need to ask if he is legit, there is probably some reason why you are in doubt. If you have any concerns, just move on to a more reputable source like your bank or another major financial institution. Better safe than sorry.

1) If he is trolling Yahoo!Answers looking for business, he is a scammer.

2) If he has a generic email address (Yahoo!,Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), he is a scammer.

3) If he requires a fee upfront, he is a scammer.
