Often times when I read stories, either true life or fiction, about people who have relationship or friendship with someone who obviously needs psychiatric help, they end up abandoning them and never speaking to the person with the mental or scoialdisease. Of course, this is good for the sane person, but what about the mental unstable person? Are they just left to their own devices and do something horrible like kill themselves or even someone else?

Can mentally unstable and people who suffere from severe social issues get help and eventually live normal, happy lives? Or are they just shunned away from society and either stay in mental hospitals for the rest of their lives or avoided and ignored and never receive the help they need?

Hi. I know lots of people here have been harassed by the trolls who seem to be hellbent on getting answers censored/deleted. Its really becoming a menace. It seems that if your answer is not good enough for them, they'll get it deleted making this place look like a virtual dictatorship.

What steps do you think, should be taken to counter this troll menace?

I propose making fake accs like they do and reporting them and getting their answers deleted. What is your proposition?

my nan died from cancer she was a lovely lady and i miss her so much when i was bullied she ws the only1 i could speek to i just turned 15 and i cant speek to my dad about it coz it as his mum and he breaks down when ever i want tpo speek to him about it.. i dotn want to upset any of the family as we all miss her loads she was a important part in all are lifes!.....
i miss her so mcuh and i cant stop speeekign about her i go to her grave 1nce a week every sunday and my grandad goes up there 2 times a day as she is buried in the church near him...
i cry everyngiht because i always want her back!
i hold all my feelings in becuase i dont like to let it out and when i speek about it at school to my friends i get so upset... i no your probabily sat there thinking " get a life little girl "but its not th easy for me and the fact that she suffered with it until the days he died and didnt tell any one make me want to cry i thought she was going to get bette ri fort it was just bug! :( :(

We had the preventative maintenance done on it back in Washington, but now, the engine is sputtering, like it's going to stall. Any ideas on what it could be? I'm stuck in a small town with limited auto services. My husband's in the military and we need to get back to Washington soon. Any ideas on what this could be, and how to fix it? Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, it's a 2001 Nissan Sentra.
