I guess now the plan is to scare us into submission with a constant barrage of terrror warnings about terrorists being more dangerous than ever, while the generals work on us by constantly begging for us to allow them to stay the course....inferring the hillarious "Support the mission and our troops" propaganda.

Of course, no one will remind us that to support our troops really means working them over and over in multiple tours of duty til their turn comes to die or be crippled.....and to come home to reduced VA benefits and horrendous hospitalization and treatment at VA hospitals.

My kitty was a year old in May. Brief history on him: He has Herpes, which is a virus that affects his respiratory track and makes one eye water. He has only had one outbreak of this when he was about 2 months old. He had liver and kidney damage from that stupid food I gave him, but he recovered from that. He had possible heartworms as his blood showed he had been in contact with them, but didn't show he actually had them at that time. The other day he ate about 4" of my pajama string as I found when it came back up. Since then he has been trying to upchuck and has a deep sound. I took him to the vet yesterday and they think it is a hairball. He was doing it every hour or two. He was breathing fast too. This morning his breathing has become somewhat labored and is trying to upchuck every 15 min. or so. I am giving him hairball treatment and am waiting for the vet to call me back. Do any of you think you know what is wrong while I am waiting for the vet? Thank you.

I bought a house in 1994 with my partner, things went wrong and I had to get the house repossessed, that was in 1996. Does this mean I can never get a mortgage ever again.

I hate using soap after it gets soooo small and thin, but I have so many of those little pieces now, does anyone know the best way to get them to become one big piece of soap again??? I tried squeezing them together, but they still fall apart, this would save me a lot of money too

I have little, tiny brown bugs in my room and when I showed someone, they said it was probably gnats. Can gnats jump?

They previously had been thought to be fleas until I showed this person and they said it was gnats.

Right now we have sand in between each stone and it is a mess. The sand will not stay in place and the patio does not look complete. My husband wants to fill it in with grout- saying that mortar or concrete will be way too hard since it is a thin distance between each paver. Do you think grout will work? Any other advice?
THANKS! :-)
