it happens.just try to take out the disc n put in again n again to try.if doesn't work turn off the power n turn on again then try the above procedure again.sometimes while it's reading try to shake the camcorder.it helps to load.good luck,.

First thing to do is to insert a disc that you know works. Sounds like the problem is the disc and not your player.

This sometimes happens, and is the case with almost all CD / DVD systems, if the lens of the probing light beam is dusty. Insert a cleaning disc first (readily available), and then try.

what kind of disc is it
is it a bootleg disc or how about a disc that isn t made in this cournty or ur dvd player is **** up
