Hello me_n_the_cat, I have membership to the global collection ancestry.co.uk/com. I did a search as the person previously suggested, I could only find one person with this name, and two very similar sounding names, you can email me if you like and I will get you the information, I have also searched ancestry.com there are a few more with that name, but not the same christian name ,sorry.

I put 'Freeburger genealogy' into a yahoo search, came up with lots of US links.
On www.yahoo.co.uk, 'Freeburger Cheltenham' produced no results whatever, and 'Freeburger genealogy' returned three. Following the link to www.ancestry.co.uk, there are 3 entries in in UK Birth, Marriage and Death Records, but I think you may have to join up to get the details. There is a link for a free trial, otherwise I expect it is a paid service.
Assuming you mean Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England - have you tried a Letter to the Editor in any of the local papers?
check http://uk.local.yahoo.com/search.html?w=uctid,fw,belongto&type=GugiXML&poi=Cheltenham%2C+Gloucestershire&p=newspapers&wid=15790
the newspapers listed #1, #4 and #5 may suit your purpose.
Good luck!!
