Lay off the exercise while you have the pain--you might cause a serious injury if you keep going. You have probably overworked some muscles.

If you really think the pain is severe, like higher than 5 on a scale of 1 to 10, you should see a doctor.

See a doctor and lay down. I had similair pain a month ago. Walking seemed to help. Robaxacet extra strength works great. Hot showers are good too. But put a couple ovf movies on and lie down until you see the doc but get Robaxacet.

If there at the instant are not the different indicators like swelling close to the ankles or redness, the main in all probability reason is nerve entrapment on the knee joint, probably the peroneal nerve. this difficulty can replace right into a persistent difficulty referred to as compartment syndrome. this difficulty is such as carpal tunnel syndrome, in basic terms its in the leg instead of the wrist.

I agree - you need to be medically evaluated. PLEASE don't keep going because if you have strained or aggravated a muscle, continued exercise will do more harm than good. If you can't get to your doctor immediately, try taking Ibuprofen (Advil) for the pain.
