strength, then to love others as yourself; To submit to God first, then your loved ones & neigbors, etc.;

Does that make obedient Christians 'Muslims' of the LORD God? That they trust & obey (submit) to God.

If you look at the definition of the word 'Muslim'.

I live in Boston where it seems like the majority of women I know are nurses or any girl in her 20's or 30's has gone back to school for nursing. These could be women who have already done a 4 year degree in business, spanish, marketing, but they decide to return to nursing school to get a 2 year associates degree in nursing. My mom earned a BSN in 4 years, she was a nurse at 21. My aunt, grandmother, and cousin all did the same thing. My cousin got her nursing degree at an ivy league school. Seems funny that someone can go to a two year community college, get an associates and make the same salary she does! What do you think will happen in the future of nursing? Many women are doing it because 'the money is good' or 'it only takes two years to get the degree.' I wonder how many of them are actually passionate about it. Nursing is not easy, I feel like nursing is becoming less professional than it once was since everyone is doing it. What do you think?

Is it important that you make a conscious effort to make your work environment as stable as possible? Should you go the extra mile not to make waves with your office mates, drive like a maniac in the parking lot or clean up after yourself in the break room etc.....

I beleive it is. Because if you don't you will begin not to only hate your job, but your existence as well.

Sunday evening on Bruce Dumont's 'Beyond The Beltway' , a nationally syndicated talk show , we got an earful from Barak Obama's Campaign advisor Pete Giangreco .
As the panelists were discussing the threat from Radical Islamists , a 92yr old D-Day veteran called-in to express his concern about the expansionist nature of Radical Islam and the forthcoming threat of more attacks on U.S. soil . After another panelist made his comment , Pete Giangreco took his turn . Mr. Giangreco , Barak's campaign advisor and a professor of journalism at Columbia College , tried to divert the discussion from the Radical Islamists threat , and said the following . . . "But you know Muslims didn't blow up the building in Oklahoma City or send anthrax through the mail . Those were , you know , some of Dan's people(referring to another panelist who is a Conservative) here . ... . . . . Those were Right-Wingers " .

Oh really , I thought nobody has been caught or charged with the Anthrax scare ???

My wife spends more time talking to her mother than to me. She also only shares anything that is really important to her or bothering her with her mother. I only find out about those things if I overhear a conversation. I'm actually considered a good listener, at least by my friends at work, and I do try to make an effort to listen when she does happen to talk to me. Is this normal?

My fiance does landscaping for a living. He is constantly coming home with spots of poison oak or ivy. He is extremely allergic.
What is so strange is that he wears gloves, pants, socks and shoes all day but will manange to get a spot of poison oak on his foot, hand or leg. Yesterday he came home with one on his buttcheek.
It seems like whenever he is within 10 feet of the poisonus plants he will get it, whether he touches it or not.
It's started to affect his sleep at night, which affects my sleep as well. The painful itchy bumps keep him up all night.
Can anyone reccomend anything to keep him from constantly getting these poison oak or ivy rashes?
Is there any kind of herb or supplement that will make his immune system stronger to the poison?
Thanks so much for your help

...a week before your wedding?

My cousin's wedding is next week. My mom just saw this in the paper about her reception hall:

Critical Violations 7-19-07
July 19, 2007, 12:13 pm

When the Health Department checked out the Polish Falcons this week, they found a total of 3 critical code violations. The inspector found mouse droppings and cockroaches. The mice "evidence" as the inspector puts it was found in a storage cabinet for dishes. The inspector found those cockroaches in the building's basement. They told the Polish Falcons to call an exterminator right away. They got another critical for food temperatures. A walk-in cooler was holding at 45-degrees. That's above the 41-degrees considered safe for potentially hazardous foods. They told the Polish Falcons to 'throw out' the food in that cooler and stop using it until it's fixed. The third critical concerns storage. The inspector found toxic chemicals stored above food service utensils.
