I have bought and sold homes "by owner" in the past and it has worked well. This time my new employer offered to pay the realtor commission, so I got a good recommendation and hired a realtor who I think is decent. We signed an "exclusive right to sell" listing agreement for a 6 month term. However, personal circumstances are making me reconsider. He has done nothing to invalidate our agreement at this point. But, I do remember from a business law class that a contract has to have "consideration" to be legally binding. What is the consideration in a listing agreement? No cash changes hands until the sale takes place, and "future consideration" is non-binding (I think). I have reviewed the agreement several times looking for what consideration exists to make it legally binding. I can't see it, but I am an accountant, not a lawyer or R/E professional - any thoughts?

It's not true. At least not entirely. Not 'all' PC's are crud. Vista or Windows does not come up with BSOD's all the time, have viruses popping up ever 10 mintues, runs slowly all the time, or none of that. It's a big lie.

If you run a cheap PC (under $850, from Dell or HP), no anti-virus program (or one download from the internet), and have cheap internet connection, then yes, you are living in the PC hell.

But if you buy a high-end/mid-range PC (Sony Vaio, LG, Samsung, some HP, some Dell), have a strong anti-virus program (Windows Live OneCare, Norton 360), and have high-speed internet connection (hopefully there's a router), then you're not going to have any problems.

Vista is not always to blame on itself. Get a high-end PC and you'll have no performance problems. Some things aren't compatible because that company doesn't want it too, not MS.

Over all, it's a big lie. Get a high-end system, good anti-virus, fast connection and you're set.

So what do you think?

I asked yesterday if anybody knew where I could find manuals and schematics on outboard motors that I colud view online, I got quite a few answers however they were all for mercury, and I failed to mention that I have a '67 Johnson and a 70 chrysler outboard I am working on, so if anybody knows of a website or an online library that I can go to to find that information I'd be grateful. Thank You

Hello,
I have to take a hair drug test in a few hours. The only drugs I've done in the last year is Ecstacy once about 4 months ago and smoked a few bowls about 9-10 months ago.

I shave my head frequently. The only hair they will be able to get is from my armpit or back/chest - but my girlfriend grooms it by clipping it down to about 1/8th of an inch every month or so.

Is it likely I'll pass or fail?

Thanks so much in advance!

7. The world is the center of the universe - and stop with those telescopes already. Galileo did some time - enough time to discourage others... I mean, that was the plan... seriously, that was the plan... so attend church. Learn.

If the percent chance of rain on a certain day is 30%, does that mean 30% of the time it should be raining, 30% of the forecast area will have rain, or something else? Another way to put it is, if the chance of rain is 100% does that mean it certainly will rain during the forecast period and if it is less than 100% does that mean it may or may not rain?

Certain and some parts of/to the computer world are fascinating and sickening at the same time. I think we have enough to work with, with even the littlest offer and curiosity that end our well being. On the other hand knowing that there are lots of good things present and presentable in the upcoming year ohhhhh! it leaves us with the dreaded time and the space we must occupy since. All in all if it's just a feeling then well, everything including the earth must pass one day. Until then there is no proper support, everything is just a technical game and as in any hurt, we see ways to get out and keep out. The chances of anyone to full exent of happiness is nill. By the way i still have 300 more character letterings to go. So why not then talk about the discovery and psychology of technology. Okay I admit that helped pass some time. But honestly, " Cause in a opened coat, i hadn't a clue." atleast on things lacking style. I am most you now. "When frail there's always the rail. I love u
