Depending on the type, just about. However, there are plenty of vegetables that have alot of calories, such as avocado, that you shouldn't eat too much of. The real trouble begins when you want to start flavoring the veggies with things like ranch dressing, or something like that. Just keep it in moderation.

Off hand I would have to say that it depends upon what vegetables you have in mind and other dietary considerations (for instance, celery is high is sodium.) Some veges have high sugar content, some are high in calories. If you are not familiar with exactly what you are "getting" from various vegetables, I would suggest that you pick up a pocket reference book on the subject or avisit any one of many web sites devoted to nutrition and healthful habits. Blessings....

Yes, eat all the veggies you want. Most of them are very low in calories, so even if you eat a ton, you're not consuming many calories. Just make sure to eat them raw, not smothered in butter and cheese. You don't have to eat all of them raw, just the excess amounts. You can't say the same about fruit. They're high in sugar, and therefore high in calories.

Not all. Corn and squash and eggplant have a lot of calories. Get yourself a little paperback of calories at any drug or book store. You can eat celery all day and probably lose weight from all the chewing! (Just kidding, maybe you'd break even.) :)

Not if you want to lose weight. In order to lose pounds you must burn more calories than you take in. Think of it like a pool. In order to lower the water of the pool, you must drain it faster than the hose is filling it.

even veggies and fruit can make you fat if you eat too much. in dieting the key is not as much as eating right, but how much food you consume...
