There is only ONE Capitol and it is the building in Washington D.C. That makes it a proper noun. Washington D.C is the capitAl of the United States. Sorry, it always bugs me.

i have a friend (an ex-boyfriend) who is going through a rough time (and always seems to be going through a rough time). since we recently broke up this summer, it is hard for me to be there for him (heck he barely let close while we were dating). he never asks for helps, and relies on strangers and girls that use him (shallow relationships) to give his life happiness. me (along with his 2 other good friends) would help him out in a heart beat, but he won't let us. he's depressed, but he won't do anything about it. he's lonely, but he won't find a friend. the trend continues into every aspect of his life and it frustraits the hell out of me! i want to be there for him, i want to see him happy, but he will not take control of anything in his life. what do i do? he means alot to me, and i wish he would be there for me in return, let alone help himself...but he will not even try. is there anything i can do? am i just suppose to sit by and watch him crash and burn? help!

every single time that you have an experience, good, bad, or indifferent? I know that I personally gave up hundreds of thousands of dollars on my search over many years and that was my choice. Then I see people balk at paying out the price of a book, or a workshop containing all the info needed to get rapidly to this understanding being shared by a couple really fine individuals who have and are dedicating dozens of years of their lives (while having fun of course) to sharing this material with any and all who desire to learn about it and then in turn pass it on. So, once again, how much would it be worth to reach a place in your evolution (so to speak) where you could be fully in control of your driver`s seat?

Two weeks ago was my 44th birthday and I wasn't feeling too hot that morning. I went down to breakfast knowing my wife would be pleasant and say "Happy Birthday" and probably have a present for me. She didn't even say "Good Morning", let alone any "Happy Birthday." I thought, "Well, that's wives for you. The children will remember. "The children came down to breakfast and didn't say a word.

When I started to the office I was feeling pretty low and despondent. As I walked into my office, my secretary, Janet said, "Good Morning, Boss, Happy Birthday." I felt a little better. Someone had remembered. I worked until noon, then Janet knocked on my door and said, "You know it is such a beautiful day outside and it is your birthday, let's go to lunch, just you and me." I said, "By George, that's the greatest thing I've heard all day. Let's go.

We went to lunch. We didn't go where we normally go. We went out into the country to a little private place. We had two martinis and enjoyed lunch tremendously. On the way back to the office, she said, "You know, it is such a beautiful day, we don't need to go back to the office, do we?" I said, "No, I guess not." She said, "Let's go to my apartment."

After arriving at her apartment she said, "Boss, if you don't mind, I think I'll go into the bedroom and slip into something more comfortable. Sure," I excitedly replied. She went into the bedroom and, in about six minutes she came out carrying a big birthday cake, followed by my wife, children and dozens of our friends. They were all singing Happy Birthday.......and there I sat on the couch.......naked.

I'd say Kennedy...not only does he have decent wrestling ability, he can cut promos better than anyone on the WWE roster right now (yes, that includes HHH and Edge too).

Lashley is a freak of nature...I just don't know if he has "it".

ok so im not popular or anything but im accepted and friendly with the people who are well known and i am happy being there, well anyways there was this sorta odd guy who is really nice and just sorta misunderstood and nobody really gave him a chance including me. so all of a sudden i started being nice to him because i don't like being mean and its summer so nobody would know. all of a sudden like i am totally crushing on him and constantly thinking about him, its really tough because if i go for it i could loose all my friends and i would be made fun of but i really like him because he is just not like the other guys, but he is sorta strange. what should i do?
