how to know how old my tokay gecko is!?

i need to find out how old my tokay gecko is..how can you tell or how can i find out??

A guesstimate can be made from his length and weight. How big was he when you got him and how big is he now? I'd go to the forums section on http://www.reptilerooms.com/ and ask the experts. Maybe post a picture for them as well.
