Does that mean that all people who believe in god are evil?

When you ask people where they come from, a familiar response is "I'm Italian or Irish or from some other country. Why do jewish people answer "I'm Jewish?" I never understand why jews respond with their religion to this question. There is no Jewland!
My grandparents were from Russia and I'm an American. Yet I too answer that I'm jewish. Any jewish people out there know why this is the traditional answer?

Well I admit I am not an animal person. I'm scared of most of them, and I'm just plain old not a fan of them. But I wish I were.

In my first marriage though, we had a LOT of cats. And I liked them a lot, but once I moved on...I never wanted to have cats again...but my kids love animals especially my 7 year old son, and I thought a cat would be better than a dog.

Well today, my husband and I adopted a beautiful long hair tabby cat, and she really is a sweetie. She's two years old, already spayed, has all her shots, and you can pretty much pick her up and she'll stay on your lap while you pet her. The only thing that I am nervous about is, she hasn't eaten or drinken anything all day...(we've had her about 6 hours)...and when I put her in her litter box, she just laid in it for about 1/2 hour.
She's isolating herself too...and obviously it's her first day, and she's scared and nervous...and she may just be lazy and a loner...but when will she eat?

Do they get it from taxes? If so don't we (taxpayers) have a right to say that spending trillions of dollars to see if there is life on other planets to much. It just makes me a lil mad because there is so much that could be done with that money that is really needed like running water and medications and food all kinds of things.....

your a good person GOD won't keep you out of heaven just because you didn't believe in his son jesus christ.SO MANY PEOPLE FALL FOR THIS.bible says no one is rightous not even one.the heart is deceitful.

Im also on birthcontrol because i have really bad periods. I have a hard time taking them on time, and sometimes go 4 days without taking them. So i usually double or tripple up. Why does the media hype negative press up to make us cower in our homes? The newest 'End of Days' mania is global warming. Man made according to most media outlets and Al Gore. Even though a lot of top notch climatology scientists refute that claim. One news channel went as far as to say that Kenya, Africa's average temperature is going to be 180 degrees F, killing nearly all life there. Although they didn't include a date when that will happen. One person on the radio said, it'd probably take a few thousand years before it reached that temperature.

Typical night, I work as security for a local club. I go to work tonight and told I am suspended from a previous matter a few nights prior. Scenario at hand, a few days ago I purchased a drink for someone underage(knowingly).

The problem; the management knows underage drinking goes on and when we work we try and curb this as much as possible. What really pisses me off is the fact that the guy who suspended me knowingly lets/watches girls drink underage there(not saying that it's frequent but it does happen). I realize what I did was wrong and accept it but what I can't get over is the fact that the SAME guy who suspends me sits there and lets others get away with it.

Do I let it go or does anyone have any intelligent recourse of action?

I currently have a standard size 17" LCD display. I've been thinking of getting a 19" Widescreen LCD display. I've heard that they are sized differently because of the wider screen aspect. I would assume that the 19" would be just like a standard 19" just a little wider. What is the sizing differences between a 19" widescreen LCD and a standard LCD?
