I often times have dreams (not recently) where I'm fighting a bad guy, and I can't punch him correctly. Either my arm will move slowly, like in water, or it will dissappear completely. It is super annoying!!! Help....

bad guy = things or people you hate, seeking for justice, fairness
can't punch correctly = conflict feeling, out of control

Looks like there are some issues in your life regarding self control. You may be experiencing some sort of low self esteem and because of low confidence, there are lots of times that you cannot take over or take charge of the situation. Projecting yourself trying to punch a bad guy shows how much you want to find justice or fairness in reality; however, due to certain reason, you are unable to do so.
Basically you just vent out your helpless conscience in this dream

Lots of people have a dream where you can't move quickly enough. I've had lots of dreams where either I am trying to escape and I am in slow motion, or I try to hit someone and my fist is so slow that when it hits them it doesn't do anything. I am not a fan of dreams like that. I started keeping a dream journal at www.matchadream.com and it's nice to see that other people also have the same dream. I've heard that it means there is something important in your life that you are trying to avoid. But it seems like no matter what you life is like people always have this kind of dream. I've sometimes thought that it is the kind of dream rabbits have because it is like they are trying to escape a predator and can't because of slow motion. Maybe it goes back to our animal days..........

There must be an area in your life where you feel like you are helpless, powerless, or are being victimized in some way. Do you compete a lot with dominant males at work and feel you have to over-achieve in order to just stay afloat?

On a more practical level, are there any males that you specifically feel physically threatened by?

I know the dream, because I have it too... I dont beleive in dreams having meanings. However if I did I would have to think this would be along the lines of a confidence issue, or an infeariority issue...

It probably means somethings wrong with your arm. You could work out more.Or just ignore it.

i think this indicates your feelings of inadequacy. Maybe you doubt yourself in some way. Who knows.
