Every time I eat, I drink after each bite and feel I have to "swallow" hard to get it to go down. The drink helps this. If I eat too much or fast, sometimes it doesnt go down and I can't swallow and "throw it up" because I cannot swallow. After a while it goes back to normal. Do I have an eating disorder? Help!

okay so I just had a panick attack over a some thoughts I try to prevent them and it drives me crazy no i havn't seen a doctor i might have ocd.. ANd is a religious thought i didnt want to say something because its a mortal sin... Help are those thoughts really me?? I improve on my anxiety. I do a lot of self-reflection. I exercise. I started eating healthier. I do everything I can to improve my depression. I got my haircut. I am more comfortable with how I look. I can recongize all the issues I want. But at the end of the day, I don't think I should even biggen the chance to improve. I'm my own worst enemy. I am so insecure it makes me attack people and it drives them all away. Medication, therapy, and everything else I am trying to do to improve myself. All I want to do is not exist because I only bring myself and others pain. The more productive I try to be the more miserable I become. Volunteering, I've tried contacting placed, never heard anything. I am even getting in touch with my spiritual side. I do everything people suggest and it never works out. I don't know what to do anymore.

I've recently gotten Mollies for the first time and I am planning on adding them with my many female bettas. But since Bettas have a labyrinth gill and do not require a air filter, I do not have one for them. I'm unsure if mollies can also take air from the surface like bettas or do they need air filters.

Have we become so jaded we now refuse to pay people who work hard every day a true living wage?
