Women have always selected the superior man to mate with,
so inevitably this inferior traits are weeded out.
Given that this process has been going on for so long why is it that short men still exist (below 5'4", and below even the freakish 5'1" )??

What you write is ultimately true, but remember there are more men than women. This is due to the mutation of the X chromosome into a Y chromosome to produce males. Males are inferior and of course less likely to survive. Nature provides extra males to compensate. So we send the best off to war to limit the competition. So when it comes to choosing a mate and the pickings get slim for women, sometimes it is better to have loved a short than never to have loved a tall.

I would prefer to have a short man that is kind and loving than any tall movie-star type that just wants to use you. Being short is not a thing a person needs to be critical about, there are many wonderful short people in the world. You seem to think that to be a dominant desired male, you need to be tall and whatever else turns you on. Please meet some short people I am sure you will find that they can be nicer than most tall men.

b) Enough women continue to have children by short men that the alleles for short stature persist
c) In recent years, platform shoes mask the... oh never mind.

Umm... because then only 1/4 of the male population would be "selected" as you say. And each family would have to have 4 or more kids before the population eventually died out.

because some traits are dominant and some are recessive..they have to come out some time..and i really dont feel like explaining all the allele,phenotype and genotype crap..school is out..
