I wouldn't recommend not giving your dog food or water. I'm not telling you because you are a nutter. I drew that conclusion from reading your other questions. If I could come and takey our dog I would.

In hot summer heat, not long. In winter cold, not long. Age of the dog also matters, as well as general health.
Any stress on a dog for extended periods of time also stress the internal organs and they can have their kidneys shut down or go into renal failure (Katrina pets had a hard time, there's multiple blogs up online from people who were doing animal rescue down there). Dogs need access to water all the time, and food at least once a day. Three times if at all possible.
If you're talking about going away for the weekend and leaving the dog behind, then a day without food won't do harm unless the dog is diabetic, in which case you're asking for trouble. Two days with no food is really stretching it with most dogs. Water needs to be available.

Not sure about dogs, but a human can generally survive 3 days without water and 7 days without food.

It looks like you are just trying to get people mad at you.. If you are asking these questions because you are going to do something, you really should rethink your plan. If you have such problems in your life that you need a tough mean dog, or it makes you feel like a big man to hurt a puppy, abuse a puppy.. Then you really need to look for help. Just the fact that you are asking such questions, suggest that you are very warped and need some help.. Shouldn't even be on the streets in general population.. People who do such things to small animals do go on to hurt people.. Stop now before you hurt someone... Be the one that gets help, not the one who hurts.

If you don't feed your dog you can get arrested for animal abuse. Please don't try it! Your dog will go through unneeded suffering and there is enough of that in the world already! If you do not want him anymore try to get him adopted or bring him to the spca or humane society. I hope you don't think I'm being rude, I'm just concerned for you and your dog. I just want to give you some good advice.

ok well dogs and cat cannot go very long without food and water about 2 weeks if not less

We feed our dogs better than ourselves, so I haven't a clue, nor do I even care, unless I can save one going without.
