Fasting or before a meal= 70-110 milligrams per decaliter (mg/dl)
One hour after start of a meal= 95-150 mg/dl
Two hours after start of a meal= 80-140 mg/dl
Three hours after start of a meal= 60-110 mg/dl
At bedtime= 100-140 mg/dl
Those are the ideal values for blood glucose.

Blood Sugar Level- 4.5-8 is normal or 4.5-10 in diabetics

80 to 120, in a normal, healthy person. But with a diabetic, 70 to 150 can actually be acceptable.

As a diabetic.. Id say
70-120.
80-140.
After a meal your pancreas should begin to release a hormone-insulin, and stabilize your blood sugar levels.

Below 140 when not fasting.
