It sounds like your brain chemistry is screwed up. Medication might help, although it doesn't work for everyone. Sometimes just being able to talk to someone about your feelings can help. Also, writing down how you feel, and why you feel what you feel may help.
Instead of trying to prevent thoughts, why not analyze them? If you have a panic attack, try "square breathing." Inhale slowly to the count of four. Hold your breath to the count of four. Exhale slowly to the count of four. Hold for the count of four. Continue until you feel calm.

No thought sin is unforgivable. Also, we all have thoughts pass into our heads that are not nice... it's called temptation. Don't try and stop the thoughts... The trick is to let it pass in and out, without notice. Just ignore any thought that you know is not genuinely from YOU. (If you don't like the thought, then it's not you.)
Try listening to some peaceful music, or if you are having doubts, try and seek for inspiring answers in books, or from a deeply spiritual person that you trust (if you know someone like that). If you have questions, look for the answers. There are always answers.
You haven't lost God forever. There are a lot worse sins that doubt... sins a lot worse than that have been forgiven through faith in Jesus Christ and the desire to love and obey God.
Email me if you still need a helping hand. I'll see what I can do.

It's going to be okay. Get a glass of water, sit down, take a deep breath and count backwards from 10 (while letting the breath go. Slowly.) You're going to be okay. Take another deep breath and let it go again. Slowly.
Now then, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is not an excuse to cover up how mean a person is. It is a medically recognized disorder. You're not bad and you're not mean. It's normal to have thoughts and doubts about everything, including and especially religion. Is there someone you trust among your friends and family you can talk to about this? I am sympathetic to panic attacks because I've helped my dad through them, but not quite qualified to give good advice to a person who wants to keep god in their life (atheist here)
I recommend talking to a trained professional about these problems. There are medications that can help control OCD and panic attacks. A competent therapist can listen to you and provide unbiased suggestions. Good luck.

how can GOD be an excuse to cover a mean person? what reason will the person give?
GOD doesnt take ur thoughts as sins, it only ur actions. We are not perfect. every human has many sinful thoughts and feelings and imagination. Its a way to strengthen the faith. Look at at like this,u thought ab this feeling, and got afraid.. what if u didnt get afraid, that should've panicked u. God knows whats in ur heart. It ur actions that mean anything to Him. If u r putting ur thoughts into actions that go against GOD, that is the true sin

You are fine, you can never lose God. God reconciles all unto Himself, don't panic. Our flesh is weak. We all have sinful thoughts, but nothing can seperate us from the love of God. If you are thinking about the unpardonable sin I can tell you that you have not commited it. Only God's elect can commit it,and it can only be commited when antichrist in on earth. When antichrist is on earth pretending to be the true Christ, and decieve people. God's elect will be delivered up for a witness againt him. To refuse to allow the Holy Spirit to speak through you at that moment is unforgivable,Why? Because God's elect know He is a fake.

Treating panick attack symtoms.
Get a paper bag. Sit down on a chair, and breath into the paper bag, until you have control of your breathing. Do not drink water even if your thirsty. Remember that there are 6.2 billion people upon the world, and your just one of many whom are exploring thoughts. Nothing you think will banish God forever.
What is the thought?

You can't stop thoughts from coming to your head. You can stop them from setting up camp in your heart though. Oh yeah, the Bible says: Whosoever will.
"I am so afraid I've lost God forever....." You can't lose God, you never found him to start with, he found you. He won't let you go, you have to let him go. It is a free choice thing. The only way you could ever be without God is because you chose to be.

Relax, even the apostle Paul stated that he does the things he does not want to do and doesn't do the things he should. If you've accepted Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, asked His forgiveness for your sins and are trying to live your live in accordance to His, you cannot lose your salvation. Romans speaks of this in great detail. So breath, relax, and know that Christ loves you despite the things you have done. He listens. Talk to Him as you would a close friend.

to be tempted is not a sin,to dwell on something might be.
having strange or bizarre thoughts can happen to any one.
One of my favorite verse says."if your heart condemns you remember tha God is greater than your heart."
If you talk to God and ask forgiveness,it a done deal.God is greater than how you feel.Maybe you need counseling for your panic which is fear.

I honestly think a psychiatrist is the person you should be talking to about this.
Are you on medication right now? Are you taking them?
Have you talked to a doctor about something they could prescribe to you?
