Besides the lack of credibility to their claims. I mean what parts of the philosophy to you reject?

I'll stat it off:

What you believe is more important than what you do.
The highest virtue is faith (believing without proof)
The only unforgivable sin is blashepomy

Sounds like a hustle to me.

I am going to move to the Denver area, particularly in Aurora. What are some things to do there? The girlfriend and I need to get used to the city.

We have a 3 month old blue heeler. We love her to pieces, but she is so hyper! She sleeps in her kennel at night, but during the day she's out running around our property (we have several acres) and playing with our kids. She absolutely attacks our 2 year old when she sees him (playfully, of course). She just jumps up on him and licks him till he falls down. I know she's still young and I hope she will calm down as she gets older, But does anyone have any advice on what would be good for her to help her be calmer and still happy? Her mama is a great dog and she has never been hyper like this. Thank you everyone for your suggestions!

Anyone help I would appreciate if someone can tell me who is to blame if someone exits a car compound and leaves their car running in the middle of road while they lock the gates and my employee reverses around the corner and hits her car, he has a blind spot as he has no rear view in company kangoo van.Thanks in advance..xx

Ok people give me tips and what not. Why can't I eat for 2 to 3 days? If I need to change my piercing to a clear one so people can't see it...when is the absolute soonest I can do it? Has anyone tried to do it 2 weeks in? I need to change mine in 2 weeks and I got it yesterday.

I found a can of mackerel at the local grocery store and Pi was wondering if this made good bait, I'm going to use it in saltwater, possibly for some catfish too,
so here's what I'm thinking, if I put it in a panty hose (same way you put chicken livers in one for catfish) and tied it to the hook, do you think I could land some fish?

Where does the equity go in this situation:

Owner owes (mortgage): $102,000

Owner is asking:108,900

Home is worth: 120,000 (Appaisal)

buyer gives owner 108,900

What happens to the $18000 in equity? (120,000 - 102,000)

If the owner gets it, how do they get it? Cash?

I just inherited a 10 year old iguana. She is just about 3 feet long. I am trying to get the proper lighting set in her new terrarium. I don't know the difference between UVA and UVB lighting? Which is more important for the tank? I also see that you can get different numbers of UVB lighting, (ex./ 5.0 UVB, 10.0 UVB etc...) Is it the higher the better? or the lower the better? Lastly, which is better - the long (old style) flourescent tube lighting OR do I want the newer styled "screw-in" self ballasted flourescent lighting? Please help an iguana "novice" out. Thanks so much
