As the previous poster suggests, you may be wasting your time with a "Lemon Law" suit, which generally apply ONLY to the 1st owner of a NEW car & only for a limited time.

Sorry, this is a 2003 JAGUAR X-TYPE 2.5.

Only new vehicles are covered under the lemon law, not used ones.

Go to http://www.carlemon.com/ and see what your state covers before you waste your time.
