When I was growing up I was told that the earth's populalion would double before the year 2000 (and it has) and that the planet was not able to support such numbers. By the year 2050 there will be another 50% increase. Why dont we address the real cause of the global warming problem, it being the expanding population instead of trying to squeeze an increasingly green quart out of a plastic pint bottle!

Should babies be forced into this? If people want to be circumcised should the option be left until they are old enough to make a rational choice?

I must say that she goes to bed from 7:30 pm to 7:00, so is it because she is sleeping for almost 12 hours. They are 3 oz bottles btw, so it's not a lot and sometimes she just wants 2 oz.
She is 9 months old. I just don't have the heart to let her cry it out if she's hungry.

She has a little bit of solids during the day but 80-90% of her diet is formula so if I knew she is eating a lot of solids through out the day I wouldn't feel so bad letting her cry it out.

My grandson (aged 10) is travelling to France on a camping holiday. He has a severe nut allergy to several nut types. Can anybody tell us if food over there has nut warnings, and offer any advice on travelling and eating in France for a person with allergies.

Every once in awhile I go through a period of not needing to sleep. I'll sleep for an hour or two and wake up completely refreshed, which is great since a lot of the time I wake up more exhausted than I was before I went to bed! Sometimes I just stay in bed anyways, because few hours of sleep a day can make life so boring!

Anyway, I was under the impression that this was normal behavoir and that everyone goes through periods like this. I remember once even waking up every night to clean my parents bathroom or play when I was 7 years old. Both were fun for me at night!

Recently, I was talking to my mother at some ridiculous time of day (diff time zones) and she seems to think it's something to worry about. My father told her no, it's normal for me and I've been like this for as long as he can remember. In fact, my father, mother, my husband and my brother do the same thing from time to time! Is it common? Why is she worried? I'm not especially stressed or anything, just happy!

I have reinstalled it. I also ran all of the updates that came up on "software update". All of the other programs in the suite are working (Soundtrack, Live Type, DVD Studio Pro). It's just Final Cut Pro that won't work.

EVP stands for Electronic Voice Phenomena.

I tagged along with a group of ghost hunters last month and after about 5 hours of audio recording was able to capture two voices. I consider myself a huge skeptic but after my own proof, I'm dumfounded. Now I feel, like I have an energy following me everywhere..

Because I remember some people saying the ban was unnecessary, the science of ozone depletion by CFCs was not proven, the ban would cause a strain on sections of the economy, etc, etc.

Has the ozone recovered?

I live in the center of a city so I usually have no occasion to drive. I normally drive only once a month or so when visiting relatives in the country. So how many air miles in the year would that work out at? I ask the question as I fly a lot and sometimes feel a bit guilty about it, from an environmental point of view. (A rough answer is OK--I'm not looking for the exact number!)

I've been getting this sticky white stuff in my underwhere. I'm 11 1/2, and I just started getting it a week or so ago. ( I know all about periods and stuff so don't talk to me like a little kid) I have pubic hair, and I wear a size b cup. I'm pretty much developed. [never had a period before though]

Does this mean I could get my period in a few months?
