If the crick is an ongoing thing, talk to your doctor. When my neck bothered me, I would "suck it up" as one unhelpful person advised you, but I'd been dealing with it for over a year and finally talked to my doctor. After a neck brace and an MRI and months of physical therapy, my herniated disc doesn't bother me as much, but I nearly had to have surgery on my spine. If it's a one-night thing, then flex-all and a hotpad or warm shower is smart. Also, pick up a memory foam pillow.

Try standing in the shower with the spray hitting the crick in your neck. This might take the soreness out.

Ya get an old sock. Fill it up with rice. Tie a knot in the end. Put it in the nuker for a minute or two. Mold it around your neck. That should really help! Be careful not to get burned.

Okay,...it really works...

You'll be needing a 5 tbsp. of olive oil or coco oil, and a frozen ice...(of course)

Get a small towel...pour the olive oil on it...Massage.
Then put the ice on the pained part...for 30 min.
Just wait 10 min. then it will go!

Oh, I hate it when I do that! I always take some Ibuprofen and relax the muscles and ease the pain, a hot compress can also help loosen it up.
