Suppose I fail a drug test one time, does that appear on my record for next time with other companies? I mean, everytime I apply for jobs, will it show on the "backround check" that I failed a drug test?

I am buying a new car and want to trade in my 2001 mustang convertible. The car is in good condition and has about 4000 in aftermarket upgrades but has minor paint defects on the rear bumber because of an accident it was in. KBB says I should get about 7500 (stock) for it and the dealership is saying they will only give me 6000 because of the accident. Does the value drop that much or are they trying to rip me off???

My mother and I have had alot of rough times in the past, she doesn't like the man I am going to marry. When I was 14 she kicked me out of the house and chose her then husband over me. Long story short she knew what he had done to me, and still chose him over me. We still fight to this day, infact my last words to her were " your a bit**, drop dead and lose my number!" Do I still have a responsibility to her to invite her to my wedding?

i love someone.
and i once told him i LIKE him.
he told me not to think of him "like that" and i said i wouldnt.
but i never told him about the depths of my emotions... i never told him i love him.
my question is: would it be selfish to tell him how much he means to me, and that i still think about him even after i told him i wouldnt? i've never lusted over him. i just love being around him, because i know we'll never be together... and somehow that's ok. but sometimes i just wish he knew how i felt. i wish he knew that his smile makes me happy. i wish he knew that i care about him.

I met this guy online and we hit it off immediately. We have a lot in common and would chat for hours. We talked for about a month before meeting in person. Our first date (first meeting) we immediately noticed we had chemistry. We actually had to stop because I thought we were moving too fast. The next date we stayed at his place and watched a movie and it was like a repeat of the first date.

My question spawns because I tried to ask him about what he wants in a relationship and all he would tell me is that he thinks they should be fun and he doesn't have room for drama in his life. I really like this guy. So, how long should I wait before bringing up actually becoming bf/gf and exclusive so that it doesn't see like I'm pushing him into something too fast?

I have some books on the foundations of mathematics, but they all have this annoying feature of presupposing knowledge of the foundations of mathematics. Can you recommend any good book on the topic that doesn't presuppose knowledge of the subject (though I am familiar with first order predicate logic)?
