yes i think i got this one.......all power means there is no top speed, meaning to get a top speed takes distance.......now what the context means ..is that it doesnt take long for the person to get success..meaning its all power, short time, instead of a long distance, meaning it doesnt take long for that person to be successful....and ohh the all power can not fail..means that you will get to the solution before someone els...meaning you cant fail
