FUN is not what you should be thinking of here when trying to decided on a major. Your choice should be based on your abilities and interests, employment opportunities in the field you are studying, etc.

Being good a math will help a lot in the study of architecture. It is engineering and the courses are rigorous. There is a lot of competition out there. You should also take 2 speech classes (one in interpersonal communications and one in public speaking) because you will have to be able to present your designs in an understandable way to clients.

It is hard to decide on what to study. You can start with Architecture and see how you like it. You can always change your mind and study for something else. Explore and try different things.

The good thing about college is that they start you in begining classes... usually these are the worst ones, because it's all the THEORY and boring stuff.... but the good thing about it is that you'll get a feeling of whether or not you really want to be doing what you're trying to do. I'd say try it out for a year while also getting some of your required classes (like math, english, physics, etc) out of the way. If you're really not into it by the end of one year you can change to something else, like maybe a computer science? It won't be a total waste, and you can probably make up the lost time in 1 summer of summer school.

I tried architecture myself for 1.5 years. It was some really interesting stuff, but in the end I decided to go to computer art because it offered more creative freedom. Now I do art for video games and I couldn't be happier.
