purchasing an 85 or 87 mustang and i am wondering what the first performance upgrade i should make to it should be. help out a little. also i am younger and not yet really savy with working on cars so i am looking for simple things to do for easy horsepower.

I need to change my eating habits. I am considering dieting. Mostly to be healthier and to lose the weight I gained from my pregnancy. Low carb, high carb, no carb, high protein, I am lost. My parents didn't really eat healthy, so I didn't. My question is would seeing a nutritionist be beneficial for my situation? I really want to set a good example to my son to eat healthy.

As an addition to two of my other questions that are currently predominating my spare time,if the power company has problems with the people they are contracting power from on the high side supply transformer and are changing fuses (to which they admit when my father called), switching the power on and off for the entire region, and a person -my father- witnesses the result (the tower jumping, crackling and sparking) and then calls to inquire and it is verified that they are doing maintenance at the substation, can the power company be held liable for damages to the computer (motherboard, processor, power supply, hard drive and supplies used to recover data)? The power co.'s liability department/HR person wrote a letter stating that this had occurred, but that they are not responsible for the "act of god" caveat or other variations (pretty much anything). I'm maintaining that I think it was their maintenance not some unforeseen or unpredictable acts.

Give them to friends and family ?
Or give them to a charity shop ?

Me, I do the first one and then after a year or 2 I do the fourth, I can't be bothered with trying to negotiate a decent price with second hand books store owners. Especially when they say...
"I'm not looking to buy right now" and "I can only give you 30p per book" and "Oooh I've got a lot of copies of this one."
I'd rather give the books to charity and feel good about myself.

I broke up with my girlfriend because she doesn't trust me at all. She said that she doesn't understand that trust is a huge part of a relationship. Then she asked me why should she trust me and I told her about how I have been faithful since the beginning and all.

So then i asked her why i should trust her and she said "you can't and i never asked you to"...

So as much as I love her...does it sound like it is really over?

its says ive uploaded copyrighted material, and that because of it, its been removed, because someones reported copyrighted material, but when i looked at my myspace profile, i cant see anything that was removed........my project playlist jukebox is still on there, myspace and youtube music videos....im confused and worried about what i should do, can anyone help?.....heres the mesage i got:~

I hear its better for your gas tank to have the tires full, but when I am in the parking lot my tires screech always unless my tires are full. But when I get my oil changed at 76 they always have my back tires at or near the max and my front tires at about half psi. The psi level on my truck is 41. I have a chevy silverado 2003.
