No there was no ark, let's look at just a few problems

there are millions of species of animals on the planet, colectiong two of each of them, Noah would still be at it. We are still discovering new species so how exactly did he find them? Also even if we tried to make a boat big enough today out of steel to hold all these animals, it would not be feasable. to make this boat out of wood is just ludacris.

Since all other people on the planet were wiped out and just Noah and his Jewish family were left how do you explain the 9 ethnocentic races on the planet.

Why are there no accounts of this in any books of it's day, no other culture on the planet makes mention of a flood that envoloped the world, they just went on living and there is not a single mention anywhere (other than the bible and books written well after the supposed fact). Where is the egyptian writtings, why did the egyptians who are very close to where this supposed flood happened not all get wiped out? How about Europe or North America why do they just keep recording history when they all died?

this story is beyond not believable and the fact that there are "rational human beings" that still believe this lunacy doesn't say much for our future as a species.

If there is any truth to this fable it was a very localized flood.

Straight from the bible and I can not think of a better way to describe religion

"When I was a child I spoke as a child I understood as a child I thought as a child; but when I became a man I put away childish things." I Cor. xiii. 11.

Mr.D if that boat held 2 of every animal on the planet they must have been cramed into teeny tiny little cages.

do YOU?

if you believe the universe and everything in it was created, then flooding the world with a natural event like rain would be like child's play.

even if you don't, it's not implausible a world wide flood occurred and that all modern humans descended from a small population of humans from a single location. whether Noah and an Arc are involved is up to you to accept.

Arc no
Ark yes

Genesis 7:1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

Absolutely I do. God has given us His divine word (the Bible). It is truth in it's entirety. Noah was real, the Ark was real and of course many unbelievers try to use myth and science to prove God wrong. Like that's possible. The Great Day will come when all will see the Truth, The Glory and Majesty of God. and then it will be to late for the scoffers. Jesus warned that in the last days "there shall be scoffers", and "haters of God" It's no surprise. But it's a shame.

God came as the CREATOR. He sent His son (Jesus) as the REDEEMER/SAVIOR. He sends His precious Holy Spirit as our TEACHER/FRIEND. Jesus will next come as the BRIDEGRROM to take His earthly bride home!!!!!!!!!!! And that's when it will be too late for the unbeliever. This will happen very soon. After this God will come as THE GREAT JUDGE and judge every human form every nation according to their life.

I believe in God and that the Bible is His infallible Word, the only Truth. I have and am still experiencing the impact of His Word in my life on a daily basis, transforming me into the image of Jesus to the glory of My Father in heaven. I know how this Word changed my life around, for you se, the Word is Christ, according to John 1.
So, if I doubt the Bible, I doubt the One who loved me so much that He gave His life for me. And He did more for me than any so other being on earth. He is the only One that givis substance to my life, bringing me back into the beautiful plan God has for my life.

So, to answer your question: I believe in Noah's Ark.

It is fact more that ur question present on internet:

Allah the All-Mighty mentions in Quran about Ark of Noah (pbuh) and inform that this Ark has been made a sign for the people of world. Very recently the fossilized Ark is found in Turkey near the border of Syria.

We sent Nuh (Noah) to his people and he lived among them a thousand years less fifty. Then because of their wrongdoings the flood overtook them. But We delivered him and all who were in the ark and We made that ark a sign for the peoples of the world. (Quran Al-Ankabut V-14&15)

No.

Its a nonsense story, most of which does not hold up to the slightest scrutiny.

You could not viably repopulate a species with two individuals (the gene pool is too small), you could not fit even a fraction of the known animals onto a boat of the specified size, plants die too when drowned and they were not even taken, etc etc.

Most certainly, I do.

Peter the apostle affirmed this teaching. The fact that there are so many unknowns connected to it makes no matter no mind. The Bible's genesis account is unfortunately brief in the extreme and is not for teaching what happened scientifically, that is in detail, but rather a brief statement of historical facts that the Christian accepts as part of the dogma inspired by God.

About the Genesis account, read these links:

It's a common mythological motif. There is absolutely not corroborating scientific evidence for it. In fact, quite the opposite is true. Where did all the water go? You could not possibly fit all those animals on to a boat that size. Mt Ararat isn't even the highest mountain in the region, so why was it uncovered first?

Like all of the bible, it's fiction, and bad fiction at that.
