Boyfriend breaks up and says he needs Mental Clarity?
He broke up with me yesterday and then he said he needed some "mental clarity" and then he wanted to call me back in a couple of days. I dont think I need to answer the phone if he calls. I've received mixed responses on the same subject. So trying to see what people think. He knows I don't:
1. I'm NEVER friends with exes. (he knows that)
2. I'm NEVER friends with benefits with an ex

The quick background: my bf just broke up with me and then he mentioned that he wanted to call me in like a few days. He broke up with me for a variety of reasons but some of them were because of the drama our fights packed as well as other things he said. i said ok to be polite but im trying to figure out what would be the point as he knows i dont believe in friends with exes. So WHY would he want to call me? i havent decided yet if im gonna pick up if he does but im curious to get others opinions. Thanks! :)

Why do you think the translators of your Bible, felt the need to change John 8:58 to say Jesus said to them: “Most truly I say to YOU, Before Abraham came into existence, I have been."

Does that not change the whole meaning of the scripture. Why do you think they did that?

Skip Bayliss is clearly an annoying idiot. The man says absolutely ridiculous things (claiming Barroid is the best baseball player in MLB history) that no rational person can truly believe just to get a rise.

Jemele Hill seems to have a hard time completing a sentence and is absolutely incapable of completing a rational thought (remember? she wrote the article claiming Kobe was the greatest offensive player in NBA history- how and why does she still have a job?).

Doug and Ryan Lewis both seem to be a part of the population who think that by speaking louder, the words the things they say are more relevant. Neither of them seem to be even remotely knowledgable about sports but they do a great job of teaming up on Skip, and riding the jock of any black athlete (even if they're hitting .230) and seem to be getting by on the fact that one played football at S Carolina St and the other was a Detroit Lions reject.

They're all annoying & should be beaten but I hate the Lewises most by far.

Why is Cuba being blockaded and not some Communist countries like China? I'm NOT in support of this...just wondering. The reason for the blockading was the "human rights record" of Cuba. It isn't as if China was a human rights angel itself.

Doesn't "militancy" imply a willingness to take up arms? Which one has more of a vigilante attitude? Which one has more trouble accepting pluralism?

Why are the media associating violence with atheists? Who ever attacked other people simply to promote atheism?

my friend asked me this(about his personal life- a girl he was getting close to), my opinion is no. It is hard enough having a one on one relationship with someone, without having a third ( the child that is not yours- so you have to deal with this person on a different level than your own child ) or even a fourth ( a biological father who is ever present) involved.

It also would affect any spontanaiety in the relationship ( you can't just go somewhere on a whim, which to me seems romantic), and if you do settle with this woman, if taxes your resources (kids cost alot of money...it's hard to raise your own, let alone somebody elses kids)

Does it also show an irresponsibilty on that persons part, if the child was out of wedlock?

Would your answer be different if the woman (or man) had been married when they had the child, and their partner had died ( car accident, Iraq, or other tragedy...mine would).

I am throwing this one out to start a dialogue.

I AM SO MAD AT HER!!!! I would have never let anyone in this whole entire universe read that! not even my best friend. That stuff in there was so personal. Deep I know but Hypothetically. If you took away the need for money, meaning everyone would have the same things.......... and everyone worked to the benefit of developing the human race and their own personal development of knowledge etc, with no worry of paying bills/living. How would you do it........?? Could it work...?? If it worked what kind of a world would we live in...?? Example of which is - There would be no limitation to the development of a cure for cancer as there would be no limitations of funding to consider. Therefore a cure would be found quicker because they wouldn't have to wait for the next cheque......!!!!!

I have a 2 mth old golden retriever.... she's been with us for two weeks now...
she is now more aware and tries to grab unto my children's legs.. we have toys for her.. walk her everyday.. crate train her... but I dont know how to get her from trying to bite their legs.. I have them climb the couch but she will get bigger....

Any suggestions on how to teach to get off the kids or vice versa?
