How to split and audio track into drums vocals guitar and bass?

I am making a guitar hero game and need to separate the guitar from the rest of the track so that there are two audio tracks... 1 guitar and the other is bass, vocals and drums.

You have to have them recorded separately and merge them by playing the two files at the same time.
