a friend told me last night that you can determine the sex of a baby simply with urine. this sounds highly unlikely. any thoughts?

Do they record the interviews before they tell the contestants which one won? Because when Saaphyri was saying how great it felt to win, she still had her candy apple hair extensions. Leilene, also. Neither of them had their make-overs when they did the after show interviews.

Science fiction [SF] writers have often been able to predict future[s], or so it seems. Is this the case or are we just copying from SF.

For example; the cell phone [mobile phone] first seen in the 1960s TV series "Star Trek" [beam me up Scottie].

Did we just copy that idea or was it a prediction?

NASA confessed they designed their set up on the Star Ship Enterprise. Copyists then!

Found a house, offer has been accepted. House is 2 and a half years old. Home inspector found minor water stains on corner of a basement wall. He also said that the downspout was discharging water close to the basement and not a huge issue. We decided to buy the house. Is this pretty common ? The wall wasn't leaking and no water was in the basement. Just few blocks of water stains on concrete walls.

Because I've found there are a whole hunk of these 'nonconformist' who really have no idea what they are talking about. Like they think I'm some sort of 'fake' because I like things that tons of other people like, when really I don't give a f**k what anybody else thinks......all these 'emo' individualists who are only the 'weirdos' of society for being wierd's sake.
