Since when is peanut butter junk food? How many cookies are we talking about?

If your diet is healthy and you eat, say 6 oreos and a peanut butter sandwich, you'll be cool.

My experience is what ever you eat if it is balanced and not over the edge you can eat what you like without gaining weight. You decide (and your intuition will be your guide) if you ate too much . Your body is looking for nutrion so you'll still be looking for food if you just eat junk.
If you over do it one day..just make up for it by drinking more water and eating your fruits and vegetables too
I hope this helps

Yes! Absolutely, but then at the same time, if you were to work out then you would burn out the calories.
You have two choice:
1)Eat as much as you want and then burn the calories.
OR
2)Just eat a piece and stay in limit, that's all there is to it.
Its that simple........Good Luck.
