it's important to be romantic....

Maison Ikkoku is probably the closest to what you're looking for (definitely romance, also comedy). It's by the same author as Inu-Yasha and Ranma 1/2, but Maison Ikkoku is more romantic (and the romance actually goes somewhere), while Ranma and Inu-Yasha are more action-centered and the romantic tension doesn't get resolved.
Ah My Goddess is another good romantic comedy. Heavier on the romance and slightly lighter on the comedy, however.
Ai Yori Aoshi is even more romantic, but also slightly less comedic. It's somewhat comparable to Love Hina, which you listed, though a little less screwball stuff like giant robots and flying turtles.
Full Metal Panic has a bit of romance to it, and some amount of comedy (specially the FUMOFFU season), though it's more action-centered than anything.

naruto comes on every day except sunday so i really think you should watch it its not far into the seires!also bleach inuyasha fma!!!!!!
