Calling all expert martial artist. Haven't been to my dojo in a while (obligations and gas prices held me back). I am really ambitious about entering international competitions a few years from now and would like to know how long would it take to get on that level. In addition, peps, I would also like to know how to increase the height of my vertical jump, and how to stretch my kicks to be SUPER high! While y'all help? :)

I have also checked the air pressure on the bladder tank and it is currently 58psi. I did notice though that even when the water pressure is at 60 psi and the pump is not running that the bladder tank is very light and hollow sounding as if there is not any water in it. Does this mean i need a new tank? What would be the next thing i should look at?

I am just curious if anyone has had a planned primary c-section or is planning one for "non medical reasons". I would like to hear why you wanted to do this? this is for a research thing I am doing. I am not a christian but my hobby is studying religions. I've talked to many a christian who doesn't know the history of their religion.
If I mentioned Gnostics or Mithra most christians eyes glaze over and act like I am making things up. Mention The Council of Nicea and you would think I was speaking a different language.
I've met many a christian who can quote passages of the bible but ask them in depth questions and forget it.

"Islam started with the sword"?...These are really not my words. I took it out of a Christian History book. Is that just the Christian perspective? Was Muhammed really just a man trying to use a new found religion to fally the Arabs to power?
