Why can't I use the Palkia I imported from Pearl on Battle Revolution wfc?

It says i didnt meet the conditions. I caught the Palkia on Pearl myself.

You can't used hacked pokemon on wfc

If it says that its hacked I don't know if u traded for it but if u did it was a rip.
