It seems that one of the big issues is the "Liberals want to take my money and give it to people who are too lazy to work."

My question is, when Conservatives held the White House and the majority in Congress, why didn't they do anything about it.

That is one of the reasons why you voted for them right?

1) Libby wasn't the leaker, Richard Armitage was.
2) Libby hasn't been pardoned. He is still considered legally convicted, and still is on probation and still must pay his fine. All Bush did was remove the prison sentence.

My friend and I like going out shopping, out to eat, and to the malls every now and then. But most of the time I've been treating her, rather than her treating me every now and then. I don't want to sound selfish at all, but I have a limited budget and half of the time I can't afford to go out, and she knows this. Keep in mind, she is handicapped and she hardly goes out much. But I start to feel bad for her that we can't go out and do things. My question is, when it comes to friendships. should a friend split the bill every now and then? Or should I find other places to go that doesn't involve much money? I don't want this to ruin our friendship. Your input is welcomed. Thank you!

I am thinking about starting my own business primarly focus on software consulting. I am a full time employee of another company and don't want to quit in near future. I don't have any partners. Can you please help in chosing LLC Vs S-corp.

I have gone through the differences between these two from http://www.powerhomebiz.com/vol136/structure.htm

As I am working for another company, I still have to pay employment tax of 15.3% on net profit in case of LLC.
In case of S-Corp I can take the net profit as dividend so that I don't need to pay the employment tax which makes me lean towards S-Corp. I am hearing LLC is best for small company. I'd like to know which one is best for my situation?

Second part of my question is can one person start the LLC without any managers.(I am the manager and owner)

Help...my friend just called and told me that she lost a co-worker. She's obviously very upset and was trying to think of what to do for the family, who are Jehovah's Witnesses. Sad to say, neither of us knows much about the religion, so we are not sure if there are any rituals (or taboos) she should know of. (We are both Protestants.) The last thing she wants to do is be inappropriate or insulting.

Aside from visiting the family (or calling to check in on them), what should she do, i.e, food, flowers, relgious card, etc. Aside from the usual, is there anything in particular she should know about ettiquette at the funeral?

A few months ago they decided they were going to move in our guest house. They lived over an hours drive away. I was perfectly comtent with "missing " them. After they moved here they made my life miserable. All my peace and quiet was gone and they kept bossing my kids. The kids started not being sure who to listen to. My father in law always thought as himself as the "boss" My mother in law favored one child over another, which caused the other one hurt feelings. Finally after 2 months I had enough. I went off the deep end and told them. My husband was completely on my side, and told them they were going to have to move.He evicted his parents! I did feel really bad over it, but not bad enough to ask them to stay. The other day was moving day. As soon as the moving truck pulled out I felt a sense of relief. I ran over to the guest house and started rolling around on the carpet giggling. No one was supposed to see me. but my mother in law forgot her purse. I was so busted.

FACTS by Michael Newdow. A Scientific "Religion" with rituals and prayers devoted to Science and the world. Has anyone ever heard of it? I'm thinking of looking into it, it sounds kind of fun. Any opinions?

I have light blue/grayish eyes and i want to know what colors for my eye-makeup would really make them stand out. one of my friends wears a like electric blue mascara, silver eyeliner, and like an orangish shade of eye shadow. I know it sounds pretty ugly but the way she puts it all together is amazingly gorgeous and makes her eyes look amazing. I really want like a funky look like that, like break away from just the browns and pinks. I have brown hair and light, not pale, skin. please give me your suggestions.
