If I am your co-worker and observed you being discriminated or harassed; maybe the boss has a tendency of rubbing your butt and while you don't like it, you tolerate it because you need your job. Sounds familiar? Well it seems that if I observe this, that I am eligible to file a complaint of discrimination as well, where I could ask for some form of compensation, which may include the firing of the violater or even cash.

I have a 97 Bonneville with 100,000 miles that has developed a small coolent leak on the passenger side. I just had the upper intake manifold replaced so I know it's not that. Can it be the water pump? It seems to be on that side of the engine. Any way to know for sure? Also, is this a DIY job? If not is it an expensive repair?

The government promised it to the slaves and never delivered.
Instead of 40 acres and a mule they got Jim Crow Laws and KKK terrorism. I'm not looking for reparations personally, but I just wonder why this issue is so hard for so many to comprehend. Shouldn't this debt be just as important as the national debt? Should interest be applied?

What are your thoughts?

P.S. I welcome your ignorant and hateful answers as they will only prove my argument.

My bird was flying and fell and broke her leg in my garage.She's really hurting she wont pick up her leg all she will do is sit in the bottom of her cageclosing her eyes.I'm so worried about her !!!!!!

I got a speeding ticket in may and i went to court to request defensive driving but the form has my driver's license number wrong (a 7 instead of a 2). on the ticket itself, i took a closer look and indeed the 2 looks like a 7. the officer took down my info from my license. i already requested to take the defensive driving. WHAT'S THE WORSE THAT CAN HAPPEN?!

my friend (23) she just found out that she's pregnant..and she insist that she keep taking the pill, her mother did the same thing and her baby came out just fine, will my friends baby come out just fine if she keeps taking birth control pills? P.S. this is her first month on birth control pills...and she still wants to stay on them...and she is still on them...she found out she was a couple days pregant just today...

She has been with us 6 months and we have her in a 2.5 gallon glass tank with a matching one that we switch her out in when we need to clean the other. She has a nice filter and very small heater. 2 fizzy stones 2 plastic plants and sleeps at night on a leaf like a bed.. Last night she was sleeping in the corner with her head near the surface gasping. I tried to get her attention and she didn't respond. Today she is sick, she is acting like she is blind or just concentrating on the pain so much she can't see. Her actual gills are dark red and she seems bloated. Her scales are sticking out somewhat, not like the really bad dropsy pics. She looks bad though, too young to be dying. So I went out and got salt, Melafix, Maracyn 2 powder. I treated water for ammonia and well.... I just want to know what else I can do. She is not dying on my watch, not this young in a clean tank. Is it possible I fed her too much? Or she is injured? Tank is too clean for her to die. We are upset andconfused

I have a piggy that bites me when I put my hand in his cage. Ive had him for about 3 months, and he used to let me pick him up no problem, but now he bites me when i lift him and try to put him on my shirt. Why has he started biting when he never did to begin with? How do I tame? he squeeks very loud and very often and hops up and down in quick little jumps. Is he ok?

Let's think about this. Apparently, Noah brought two of each animal onto his boat of fun. The simplest way to put it, is he had two elephants, two bears, etc.

However, there are many subspecies of each animal. For example, the African elephant (which also consists of forest elephants and savannah elephants...) and the Asian elephant. But let's be simple, we'll say there were just four elephants on the boat. Then there are rhinos...The five types of rhinos are the Sumatran, Javan, black, white, and Indian. Wow, that makes ten rhinoceri. There are three disctinct types of giraffe: Masai, Reticulated and Rothschild, so six giraffes on the boat...are you seeing a pattern here? This boat's getting pretty damn heavy.

Then, Noah had supposedly built this boat with his own bare hands, out of wood, no less, and somehow managed to make it big enough to carry all these animals?

A year ago I admit I messed up, gave in to peer pressure, did some wrong stuff and then I realized I was on the wrong track and changed. But anyway my parents didn't accept my sincere apologies and I got a harsh punishment. I've never got in trouble again and agree I'm an excellent girl and are proud of me, but things were never the same. Cause of them, because they were unforgiving and I never got their trust again, at least that's s how I feel. And that was wrong and cruel of them, cause everybody makes mistakes, especially at 14, and they've always known I just went through a bad and temporary phase For several months I suffered a lot w/ this, but my feelings weren't important to them. I got to know new people, especially at my volunteering activities, who became quite important to me, like second parents, and gave me wonderful proofs of respect and trust. Today they are emotionaly more important than my parents. I intend to keep w/ my parents a respectful but distant relationship
