How soon can you refi a house after you buy it in CT?

What I would like to do is buy a house for 150K which is worth 250K and refi to include my monthly debt ie car payments and credit cards

could I take him to court? I learned in my (one and only) law class that a verbal contract is legal as long as goods are under $500, I am not sure if cash is considered goods, but it was less than $500 ($325). This happened in the state where I reside, but since then (and it has only been a month or so, but our agreement for payback was 2 weeks ago) he has moved. also, we agreed on that date when the other person had a job which fell through. he now has a different job though, so you cant say I wont get the money if he doesnt have a job.

When it comes to breaking it off with a female? Am I really feeling bad or just drunk? I saw her today, she looked very nice, I gave her some stuff she left at my house, she asked if this was what I really wanted (breakup), and I said that I thought it would be best for us both, and she said yes, or no, I replied yes, we hugged and I left. I know she wanted me to say no, but I didn't, and now my pride is in the way, what to do call her or drowned her memory in more beer?

The man takes him to the stable and the midget sees the horse and says to the man," I would like to look in the horth's earzth". So the man picks up the midget so he can look at the horses ears. He puts the midget down and pretty soon the midget says, " I would like to look in the horth's mout". So, again the man picks up the midget so he can look in the horses mouth. He sets the midget back down, and soon the midget says, " I would like to theee the horth ****". By now the man has lost all patience with the midget. He picks him up, lifts the horses tail, and starts shoving the midget in and out of the horses behind. My girlfriend and I had sex yesterday and I went in too far and hit the back (cervix?), it hurt then but not afterwards she said. Today I fingered her and when I pulled my fingers out there was blood on them. She said it was still bleeding a little over an hour later (just happened an hour ago). She's not on her period she got off it about 2 weeks ago. Obviously its not just leftover blood either. She has never gone to a gyno and refuses to, so dont say go to a doctor. Could I have just hurt something while rubbing her gspot? Help girls I don't know what to tell her!

Idles GREAT. Accelerates GREAT. But when I let go of the throttle after accelerating (right before shifting) it backfires. Not like those LOUD gunfire types of BF but more like some sputtering. Any ideas?

I just recently got out of a horrible relationship with a guy. He ended up being a jerk and just wanted to use me. But Thank God I didn't let it get that far. He kind of came out of nowhere and I was single which was fine with me. But after this ordeal I feel like I need some companionship and not necessarily a relationship. Just someone to keep me busy and keep my mind off of what happened to me. That guy almost caused me to take my life. that's how bad it was. I don't know whats wrong with me. I don't want to look for anyone but at the same time I do because I'm lonely....

I've been that way all my life, and when I got a bit of confidence, mom was right there to destroy it(she thought it wasn't humble). I'm a shy, laid back person, so any contact I get from peers, is appreciated. I never really thought I was likable to the opposite sex either. Especially Indian guys(I'm not a typical Indian girl). I married an Indian guy recently. Things are going better than I imagined between us. But in my mind, I think he can do better. I know not to let him know because after so much reassurance, one gets tired, so I must fix it on my own. But I don't know how. I know the whole "in love" phase will fade, and "love" will remain, and my security might remain in tact, but I need to get over the insecurities now, so by the time my man comes to the states, I'll be ok, and he can fijnally get to know the me who wasn't standing on pins and needles. Please help if u can, thanks. Please don't say just get over it, I don't know how, so that's y i'm asking u guys.

i think i just found out my brother does drugs and when he has parties some tmes his freinds bring alcahal and he doesnt drink it but they do and one time they asked me if i wanted some and my brother said for me to go upstares and stay up there and i thnk they mite of been doing drugs to when he has parties so i told my oldest brother a few minates ago and he doesnt think its a big problam and doesnt belve me and so im gona tel my parents tomrow but my oldest brother told my brother who i think does drugs that i said some thing and now my other brother is like dont tell anyone cuz i dont and you would be lieing and that isnta good thing sowhat do i do?

My sisters who lives with me has a puppy that has came down with parvo. He has had a puppy shot and everything and was not let off the property or exposed to strange dogs. Fenced in back yard. He is 4 months old and he has been here since he was 7 weeks old. So im not sure how he came down with it. Now his sister who is my puppy has been in contact with him. She had 1 more puppy shot then he did. Im going to start her on meds to prevent her from getting severly sick or is it possible cause she had 1 more shot shes immune? If he makes it through the night he is going to be PTS i talked with the vet and he said theres only a 1% chance of him making it has he is not only pooping blood he is puking it up. I dont know how or where he could have got it. Since we noticed him activing differantly its only been 2 days and he is already this far gone.
