ok...i really like this guy that's in my skool. his name is matthew. he's a white boy...and im a puerto rican. he hangs out with, what me and my friends consider, the popular kids. he's really cute and every now and then we have little conversations...but nothing more. everybody who knows him thinks he's a bit of an ******. but when he talks 2 me...he's very nice and polite and he acts very sweet. i noe he's a really nice guy...but he puts on an act 2 fit in. i can almost kind of sense it. like he's hiding his true personality.

like i said before...i really like him...but i think he's a bit shallow. since im hispanic...i'm not the skinniest thing around. i am pretty thick. like i have thick legs and my stomach isn't that flat...so...idk what he thinks of me. and in all honesty...i'm trying 2 lose weight this summer just to impress him. i don't wanna tell him that i like him just yet...but then again...i do want to tell him b4 it's too late. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was the plaintiff in a civil case and lost the jury trial.

The defense lawyer won so therefore filed a motion for attorney fees in excess of $100,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Is there a chance the judge grant this? The case was in Los Angeles County.

The facts of the case:

It was NOT a frivilous case. The damage we were seeking was less than $5000. T

The defense won because their lawyer played dirty. They erased video tape of the incident. They hid witnesses for years. They filed motion after motion for 3 years delaying the trial. I mean the defense lawyer provided an evidence the day of the trial for god sakes!!!!!!!!

I did choke on the witness stand and contridicted some of the facts but I was nervous but I was pretty consistent with the facts otherwise.

So anyone think I end up having to pay this $100,000 in attorney's fees? If so I would become destitute!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Its always puzzled me as to where actually space ends or if it does, can it go infinatly on and on forever.

i mean right now I am in my house, my house is in florida, Florida is in the U.S. The U.S. is in the planet Earth and Earth is in Space, so where is space, Surely it cant, NOT END.
