I have 29 right now. Just had 3 of my wisdom teeth pulled, having the other 1 done in a month.

I was going to say 106 but I think that's how many bones there are in an adult's body. I've had my wisdom teeth out (all 4), but nothing else has happened yet.

28. And no, but I used to have nightmares as a kid about all of my teeth falling out. It was a rather odd.
