It seems to be since modern media and modern communication technology came on the scene, religious people just don't seem to get the same amount of respect that they had for centuries. If religions deny that they thrive on ignorance, then why does freedom of information seem to weaken religion?

I want to ask a question, but I don't know what question I should ask. What question should I ask?

I know this question has been thrown out there a bit. I'm a theist and I definitely believe there is absolute truth. If you answer no, that there is no absolute truth, then I must further ask if that is an absolutely true statement. I would love to hear opinions out there to this profound question.

I would conjure you to notice that absolute truth is not relative. Something that is relative is not absolute. You may say it's hot outside and I may say it's merely warm. This type of sensational relativity is not the same as absolute truth, so therefore not a good argument or resolution to the question.

If you say that absolute truth is relative to the individual then again, it's not an absolute truth. Absolute truth is either true or not. You see, 2+2=4, even if you want it to equal 5 to fit your lifestyle better.

Thanks...

Sitting at my window sill
contemplating what to say
reaching out for a hand
that are miles and miles away

I think I said something wrong
im sure you'll let me know
I still get frightened after all
being here hundered times before

I fear your walk
your comming near
your strut; fast and tempered
is already here...oh no
what should i do?

should i curl in a ball
feel his fists, feel it all
being helpless and alone

should i run down the stairs
he will push and pull my hair
now I cant hold a thought
what should i do?

foundation really wont help me out
just stare and then thank god

I wish I was you, id die to be
you would notice a things bit odd
im laying in bed, he does his deed
i stare off to the sunrise
cant stomach the thought hes on top of me
as a tear falls from my eye

I fear your words
They're sharp as blades
cut without a thought
your frown fades..oh no
what should i do?

His name is Judge Julian Hall. He said the little girl was dressed provocatively.
This was the same judge who made the man who assaulted an eight year old, buy his victim a bicycle in compensation - to make her feel better.
