Pedro, I could understand if she was 13, to be mistaken for 16. 10? No way! I don't care how much makeup she had on or how developed she was. Of course they would say they thought she was 16. Woulnd't anyone lie who is in trouble.
And yes, she is in care. This doesn't mean that she can't walk the streets on her own. think she did agree to the sex, but they used the word "forced" when talking about the sex act.
Her provocative clothing was her underwear. No way could you see it - she wasn't wearing it over her clothes. And even if she was stark naked, it wouldn't justify what happened to her.
Yes, I do think the judgement should be looked into and if he is found too lenient, the judge should be fired. It is being looked into at this moment by Lor d Goldsmith. This is not the first paedohile the judge has given a lenient sentence too.
A child is a child, and should never ever be treated as a sex subject.

I read several accounts in the press, and several comment sections. 1. The child was in care already, she may have been 'acting out', seeking attention and affection. 2. She was not known to the men as a pre-teen. 3. Girls that develop early and affect maturity beyond their years need a close looking after by responsible adults, where were they? 4. She may have said she was legal, and encouraged the sex, which is substantially different than the view of a traumatized little girl violated. So judge not, lest ye be judged. And you want a court system that sentences judges? Hey, look upon all with the compassion of Christ. I am sorry for the loss of her innocence. The world is full of insanity and madness, please try and resist the disease.
The second source article shows the Judge Hall has a sense of justice, despite the media circus on the sex case.

To the people who talk about rehabilitation, that is for drug users, alcoholics, burglars maybe. But not in any way shape or form murderers, rapists or scum like this. People like that who spout rubbish like rehabilitation all the time are failing in the duty to protect the public. The law abiding publics rights should come before that of a criminal. When will people learn that vengeance should be part of a fair justice system? When horriffic crimes like this are committed, retribution should be applied on the perpetrators. I wonder if the young girls family would have talked about rehabilitation? Or would they instead have them all beaten to a pulp, gang raped and disfigured with caustic soda themselves before locking them away? Exactly. It is no more than what they inflicted on this young girl, and it is no less than what these scumbags deserve. Apologies for the rant, I tried to be as polite as possible. Very emotive subject.

I believe so. It shouldn't matter what she looked like, A crime was committed. I am curious if he had a daughter and this happened to her, how he would react then.
