I am about to move to Las Vegas with my boyfriend who is being stationed at the Air Force base there. I want to find a waitressing job. Are they hard to get? Where are the best places to find work? I was looking for a new apartment and noticed that where I live I can buy a decent house for under 45,000 dollars. I added it all up and realized that a ten year term loan at about seven percent intrest would cost me hundreds of dollars less a month than what I am paying in rent right now. I figured I could live in it fix it up as I go along and five or so years down the road when I have gained some equity in the home sell it. I make about thirtyfive thousand dollars a year and have a credit score around the 680 area. I could put down about a fourthousand dollar downpayment. The only problem I am having right now is that I seriously need a new car, and I was going to have USAA bank cut me a blank check to purchase the vehicle. What do you think my chances are that I could buy a car, and then within a month or two try to purchase a 45,000 home? Do lenders consider age when buying a home? Would I be scrutinized for being under 25?

I am reading previous questions and I am finding that SOME people who don't believe in God act as if they are better or pointing out imperfections of Christians like "many gang members are Christians" Can you really base ALL Christians in that catagory.....Can you base ALL Christians to be good? Can you really base Most Atheists to be better people? (like some have said) Can you base ALL to be bad? I have seen some Atheists to be more cocky, so to speak, about answer questions. I also find that some Christians are a little cocky. One group can't say they are better than the other because news flash neither of the groups are acting better! I am a Christian and I don't think Atheists are worse than Christians because I see us as people being individuals and believing what we want. Isn't that enough? fearing God is not the only reason most Christians do good it is in Human nature. Christians and Atheists do good for the well being of our communities Christians also do it for God.

doing cable joints, 2pair and 10 pair 1.4mm, and looking to remove the outer insulation but leave the foiled screen in place, removing the grease and doing the joint ain't a problem it's just this damn foiled screen.

Im tryning to put a band together but the hermonica player is the most unreliable ever to set face on the earth. Hes a good player, the best i can find but i want to head out west and do some hard rocking out there. my hermonica player is a ladies man and one minute were in the bar while the next hes drunk and goin out the back door with some fat tub thats finally gonna get filled. Shes slowed us down for weeks before, and has really been a pain in my ***. Im not the best example myself but iwant that hermonica in my band but dont know if I should kick hisss to the curb.

My wife has returned from work (she is a cleaner) and I have spent the day at home (working on my pc).

She is now in front of me (yes, right now) cleaning the floor on her hands and knees in her night clothes.

Part of me is happy that the training has paid of, whilst another part thinks she should get me another beer.

How do I approach this without wearing the beer?

Also, she hasn't finished yet and has missed a few bits.

Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.
