We are going to Hutchison tomorrow to see the Cosmosphere and plan to stop and check out the Amish shops in Yoder. Anyone know of anything else worth checking out in the area?

if your not too technical with the whole thumb not being a finger? you have 1,2...3.... in the middle and then 4 and 5. why not be 3? who thinks in fractions anyway?

I saw this on a talk show and I don't understand. He apparently wanted the annulment so he could marry another woman. Would this make his children from that marriage illegitimate? Maybe I need to be Catholic to understand but could someone explain?

Am 35 yr old, virgin Indian.
I got married when I was 24. Before the first night had an accident and injured my spine and could not move most parts of my body. The girl dumped me and got a divorce. My parents took care of me and I recovered completely 4 years ago. Since then I focussed on getting back my life. I got a job as a software programmer. Now my career is improving. Actually am doing rather well.

All my colleagues even my bosses are younger than me. In fact my friends are all ten years younger than me. No one knows my age. Now in the last six months I have got closer to a very pretty girl. I am fond of her. I avoid discussing my age. I think she would be 25. We are the best friends and spend a lot of time together. I never made any attempt at physical intimacy. A child hood friend told me that I should tell her about my age and my past marriage. I think I would lose her. So have been avoiding her for last two weeks.

Is a 35, divorced man too wrong for 25 yr old girls.

hi, i was wondering, if global warming is real (and not like that glabal cooling that turned put to be rubbish) and the polar ice caps are melting why dont we just send a missle carrying liquid nitrogen (or some other fast freezing componant) into them?

and another thing - whats so wrong with gm food, say for instance that you madesuper size tomatos that had all the nutriants you needed and they could be growen anywhere, then surely that would stop starvation n the 3rd world right?

Every spring pollen and fluff from cotten trees affect my eyes. They get extremely itchy, irritated and sore. I went to London Drugs and bought Visine eye drops for eye allergies two springs ago... I was recently using it when my friend told me that it was bad for your eyes. Is this true? I want to see an eye doctor but not sure if it's necesary...

one week my boyfriend will be all clingy and making sure he talks to me every day and then the next week comes along and its like i dont even exhist to him. i dont smother him and im not an obsessive psycho towards him either. i know he needs his space every once in awhile to be alone without me but why cant he call me within a reasonable time so i can just hear from him? does this means hes not interested in me then..? guys are confusing :(

I know a lot of you don't like the Pred's and want them to move, but think about this. What if your team moved out of the country. How would you feel. Well it looks like you will get your way. They traded Tomas Vokoun to the Panthers. Even though he signed a 5 year contract. Well, I can see that the Pred's are bailing out. They are trying to sell under 14,000 tickets. What a sad day in the hockey world for us fans.

My father and I have been having a disagreement about whether he can claim me as a dependent or not. I meet the support test, age test, and relationship test. But I don't live with him, so I fail the residence test.

But he disagrees, saying that because he pays for my apartment that it is also his "residence". So I produce this link from the IRS' website: http://www.irs.gov/publications/p501/ar02.html#d0e3270

He cannot claim me as a qualifying relative, because my gross income will exceed $3300. He cannot claim me as a qualifying child, because I am permanently moved out and not "living with" him as the residency test states. I don't believe I am "temporarily" absent due to education, because I'm permanently moved out and about to attend graduate school.

He says he is claiming me regardless. I am also claiming myself, because I feel he is unable to legally do so. More frustrating, I called the IRS and got two opposite answers from them. What happens if we both claim me?

I'm just kind of curious on what people's opinions are and what they think about Walnut Creek. I grew up there but haven't lived there for 6 years now, but still come back often. ok, I come from a mormon family (i'm not thank goodness) and I am in a mormon town, and everyone here has refused to answer why the mormons were persecuted. What did the mormons do to become hated?
