So far everyones sound interesting and have never thought of putting in mayo or mustard but maybe worth a try . Thanks to all for your ideas

Italian Spaghetti Salad

1 lb spaghetti, broken into fourths,cooked,and drained
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
1 (2 ounce) jar mccormick Salad Supreme dry seasoning
1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing


Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Serve cold.

Spaghetti Salad

Thin spaghetti cooked aldente set aside

Tomatoes- I like cherry ones cut in half

Black Olives- Sliced ones in can

Marinated Artichoke hearts cut up

Green, yellow, and red bell peppers chopped finely

shredded carrot

mild green chilis- can diced

boneless chicken breasts cubed up

shredded parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

You favorite Italian dressing

Mayo and mustard

I like to make this mixture when the pasta is still warm and then allow the flavors to marry over night.

Chicken Spaghetti Salad:

50 min 30 min prep
4-5 servings

8 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped purple onion
1/2 cup commercial Italian dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon beau monde seasoning

1. Cook spaghetti by following the package directions; drain.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the spaghetti and the next 5 ingredients; stir to combine.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the salad dressing and the remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
4. Pour drssing mixture over the spaghetti mixture; toss to coat.
5. Adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Cover and chill; toss before serving.
7. **Note--addmore Italian dressing if needed.

Spaghetti Salad

Original recipe yield:
15 servings

PREP TIME 30 Min
READY IN 30 Min

INGREDIENTS
12 ounces thin spaghetti
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing

DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile in a large salad bowl, add the cheese, pepperoni, ham, green pepper, tomato, onion, cucumber and olives. Add avocado if desired.
Rinse pasta with cold water; drain well. Place on top of salad ingredients. Drizzle with salad dressing: toss lightly to coat. Chill until serving.

Shrimp and Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS:
14 ounces angel hair pasta
1 bunch green onions, sliced (6 to 8)
1 (about 4 ounces) can sliced black olives
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 pound cooked and peeled shrimp
2 chicken breast halves, grilled and coarsely chopped

Dressing:
3/4 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
dash salt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil

PREPARATION:
Boil angel hair pasta according to package directions; drain and let cool. Add green onions, bell peppers, black olives, shrimp and chopped chicken. Mix dressing ingredients; pour over salad. Refrigerate, and serve cold.
Make this salad a day ahead. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves with sliced avocado or melon on the side.
Shrimp salad serves 10 to 12.

For the dressing I use a bottled Italian dressing (usually something with some spice in it). I take sliced pepperoni and cut it in half, julienne some peppers (use green or yellow, they make it look prettier), some small cherry tomatoes, some mozzarella balls (small, you can get them in the cheese section), a little julienned red onion, halved, pitted black or green olives and some parmesan cheese.

PEPPERONIS!
Green Onions!
Sweet Baby corn!
Green, Red & Yellow Peppers for lots of COLOR!

I make it exactly like I make potato salad...I use mayo, tad of mustard, onions, pickles, boiled eggs, salt and pepper.

IT must be good. There is never any left.

I use cubed salami, parmesan cheese, green peppers, red or green onions, black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and pepperoncini with italian dressing.

I use thin strips of soy & garlic marinated grilled beef, sliced green onions, shredded carrots, snow peas, baby corn, chopped peanuts, toss with spaghetti or linguine, & dress it with soy sauce & thai satay or peanut sauce, or honey garlic sauce or any other favorite asian style dressing.

I use my favorite Italian dressing, red, yellow & green peppers, olives, marinated artichoke hearts & feta cheese.
