He rear-ended me because the light turned green only there were other cars in front of me.
I jumped out of the car in the middle of rush hour traffic just off a major highway not even a 1/4 mile from my office and he got out of his pick-up.
He ran over to me and grabbed my arm.
He grabbed my arm
He grabbed my farkin arm and I almost tore his throat out.
The thing is that I am NOT a violent person but it was just not the right time to be friendly, y'know?
At that moment at least 10 of my coworker jumped out of their cars and ran over and I never got to answer him because they jumped in.
They didn't do anything to him. They just took over.
There was no damage to my car and if there was any to his he seemed okay because he disappeared pretty fast.
So I drove home and the next day everyone in work said they were afraid for HIM because I looked a bit deranged when I got out of the car.

Yes, I sure have! I had a young man who did not stop at a red light where I was stopped. He simply rear ended my car and caused my child to have to go to the hospital for stitches in her head! The little punk said his brakes went out! The police laughed at this as there were no tire marks anywhere!
He also lied to his daddy moneybucks! He said that noone was hurt and that an ambulance was not called to the scene. Well, that certainly was not the case!
So, indeed, I have had a very heated conversation with someone who slammed me! He also totaled my new camaro!! Had I known this at the time, he would have gotten more from me too!

Car accident, yes, arguing, no. I don't need anyone filing a lawsuit so I stay nice even if it's their fault. I figure if I play nice and we don't call the cops, I won't get sued for some odd reason.

The last one was a deer I hit at 80 mph on I-69. Wasn't much of Mr. Deer left to argue with, $10,000 damage on my car.

No. Had the accident, knew it was my fault, admitted it. I didn't get a ticket, as the cop saw the circumstances that led up to it.

Yes -- they kept yelling at me, so I just said to call the police. I was at fault, but they didn't have a license or insurance.
