Bush signed the Millitary Commissions Act ot 2006 which basically abolishes the Bill Of Rights. And up until about a week ago was it finally removed.

I am planning a large tattoo on my back, and certain aspects of the tattoo would have best results in a relief raised form, making them more prominent and three dimensional as opposed to the rest of the work.

The person who has a sincere intention is the one who has a sound heart; because a sound heart, free from thoughts about forbidden things, comes from making your intention purely for Allah in all matters.

The day on which neither property will avail, nor sons, except him who comes to Allah with a heart free [from evil]. (26:88-9)

The Holy Prophet said, 'The intention of the believer is better than his action,' and also, 'Actions are by intentions, and every man will obtain what he had intended.' The slave of Allah must therefore have sincere intention in every moment of action and stillness because then he will not be heedless. Those who are heedless have been censured by Allah:

They are nothing but as cattle; nay, they are straying farther off from the path. (25:44)

These are the heedless ones. (7:179)

Intention appears from the heart, according to the purity of knowledge. It varies as belief varies, at different moments in its strength and weakness. The selfishness and passion of those with sincere intention is subjugated to the power of the glorification of Allah and modesty before Him. He is by his nature, his appetites and his own desires, in a state of discomfort, and yet people find ease at his hand.

What would you do if your BFF's friend was being rude to your sister and then when you got mad at your BFF she got mad? I just got hired at Jewel working as a service clerk and I was walking home...this guy says hi and I said hi quickly and kept walking...he figured I was young so I would be interested...asking me to stop and see if I want his number or if I drink - directly asked if I had a b/f to which I said yes (I do) and I walked off....he says oh you work here, I'll see you tomorrow.

I am worried he might start following me every night, I don't have a car and I don't want him bothering me, as nice as he was. What can I do to get out of this situation?

you can be beating up your oppenent real bad and thye have a stored finisher then you go for a pin or something and all of a sudden they counter it and then perform they're special move and win.
its too generic the game.

i think this past series was like how madden 04 was like where they had maybe one or two new features and had just updated rosters.

I think this guy is stalking me. I don't know what he looks like, but he knows me. Tonight he told me he was at my workplace watching me - so he could see what I looked like. We were stronger...we were more civilized...we were more educated...we fought with the more sophisticated weapons...we prevailed over the Natives so we deserve to be here. We won that right. Right? Those who tire of hearing of what our ancestors did to the Natives because it was "so long ago" (a few hundred years) are quick to point out that the Natives had also conquered peoples to live here (thousands of years ago.) So why is everyone so up in arms about the Hispanics coming? Maybe it's their turn to be here. Despite our greatest man-made laws, walls or border patrol the Hispanics keep coming. It won't matter what we do because God remembers what we did. We need to learn to accept the new immigrants & live in peace just as the Natives had to do with us. Those Natives who chose not to do so DIED for that decision. If you want things to change, change yourself. Change your heart. We claim "survival of the fittest" as our right to be here. Maybe we aren't the fittest anymore.

My sister has done.... no wait does a lot of stupid things like doing drugs,stealing, giving up her baby kid for a car.Yup thats right she gave up the sweetest baby girl 4 a car (2 my mom, but still makes me sick).Now she's with this guy not 4 love but 4 money (he needs papers and so that he can look good n front of the courts he wants my sis 2 take back the baby and she says ok).I have taken care of Mia for almost a year me not her. I clean her ,play with her, give her food, spend all my money on her I do everything that my sis should do and u know what I'm ok with that because I love that baby.But I 'm so mad that my sis after all she has or hasn't done she thinks she can just walk in out of no where and think that she hasn't done anything wrong.I fear that the court system well give Mia back 2 my sis.I do love that baby with all my heart but there is only so much I can do what going 2 happen when she's older and ask why her mom doesn't want her I'm only 17 i don't know what 2 do.

I was just thinking the other night about possible ways to change the way our tax system is set up. I'm not a master on the topic, so im not really aware of any of the problems that may arise with the situation.

Say you pay 10,000 a year in taxes.

What if the government sent you back a form saying

5,000 is for to the general crap

5,000 is for

A.XXX
B. XXX
C.XXX
D.XXX

Can choose more than one and how much you would like to go to each sector.

Is this a ridiculous idea?
